Using NORTHLAND tackle's "butterfly blades" these rigs are exactly what the guide is using.  32-40" line (leader) made of 8lb Flurocarbon line, 2-5 floating beads, Gamagatsu size 4 or 6 wide-gap hooks.  I wrap these on a paint roller for easy storage.  Come in groups of 5 or 10 (price listed is for 5 rigs)
